How does unlimited requests work if you're only working on one task at a time?
Unlimited means there's no cap on how many requests you can add to your queue, you're never stuck waiting for a monthly allowance to reset. We work through your queue one task at a time (or two, on Scale), so it's less "everything at once" and more "a steady, ongoing stream of work with no limit on how much you can ask for." Faster tiers simply move through that queue quicker.
What counts as one request?
One request is a single, focused piece of work, a page update, a UX fix, a social asset, a piece of Shopify support. Bigger asks are simply broken down into more than one request in your queue, so there's no need to worry about getting the scope exactly right before you submit it.
What if my request is bigger than a single task, like a full redesign?
Larger projects, like a full store build or a complete redesign, fall outside the subscription and are scoped and quoted separately. If you submit something that's really a bigger project, we'll let you know and talk you through the best way to handle it.
How does onboarding work?
Choose a plan and you get access to your design board the same day. We take a short brand brief, collect your assets and you can submit your first request straight away.
How fast will I receive my work?
Turnaround depends on your plan: 5-7 business days on Launch, 3-4 business days on Growth and 1-2 hours on Scale. Larger tasks are broken into stages so you always see progress.
Who works on my brand?
Your brand and website is led, managed and design directed by our senior designer, with 20 years' experience building high-conversion websites across a range of industries.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
You can submit as many requests as you like. Your plan sets how many are actively worked on at once; the rest sit in your queue and move up as work is delivered.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause or cancel anytime from your dashboard. While paused, your queue is simply held, nothing is lost, and your requests are waiting for you when you come back.
